Instruments will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with insurance.
(Other shipping methods may be arranged upon request)

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your new Sterner Hand Crafted Guitar, you may return it for a full refund within Fourteen Days (2 weeks) from the date of receipt, provided the instrument is returned in the exact same condition as you received it. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

After 14 days, Sterner Hand Crafted Guitars will not accept the return of our products for any reason other than repair.

Warranty
The warranty provided herein is for a period of one(1) year from the date of the original purchase.

Warranty Coverage
Sterner Hand Crafted Guitars are warranted to be free from operational defects from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. Sterner Hand Crafted Guitars will repair or replace, at its option, any instrument or part thereof which is found by Sterner to be defective. In the event that the original parts or materials required to repair your instrument are no longer available, we reserve the right to use parts or materials that we are currently using at the time of repair.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Any Instrument that has been modified in any way after original purchase from Sterner Hand Crafted Guitars.

Any instrument that has been damaged due to extreme temperature or humidity conditions, misuse, neglect or accident, or shipping damages of any kind.

Normal wear and tear from every day use (scratches, discoloration of finish, worn plated surfaces, damages from accessories such as straps, etc.)

Any shipping charges to and from our repair facility.

Care and Storage
Here are a couple of ways that you can assure your Sterner Hand Crafted Guitar will provide a life time of enjoyment:
 - Always store your instrument in its case when not in use
 - Avoid prolong exposure to low humidity (47 percent is ideal) and hot/cold
   temperature extremes

Treat your instrument like it's part of the Family!
 - When you're hot, you're Sterner Guitar is hot
 - When you're cold, you're Sterner Guitar is cold
 - When you're sweating, you're Sterner Guitar is ... well, you get the idea!
